TRTH — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

TRTH ("the App") is a communication intelligence platform developed and published by Nimble Technologies LLC ("we," "our," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TRTH.

We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations and personal data are treated with the highest level of care and respect.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Email address — required for account creation
• Country — auto-detected, editable by you
• Optional profile information — name, age range, gender, use-case preference (only if you choose to provide)
• Message content — text you paste or screenshots you upload for analysis

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — device type, operating system version
• Usage data — features used, number of analyses performed, app session duration
• Crash reports — technical error data to improve app stability

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect your phone number
• We do NOT access your contacts, call logs, or other apps
• We do NOT read your messages outside of what you explicitly paste or upload into the App
• We do NOT track your location beyond country-level detection

3. How We Use Your Information

• Message analysis: Text and screenshots you submit are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic Claude) for analysis. This is the core function of the App.
• Account management: Your email is used for authentication, subscription management, and essential communications.
• App improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve features and performance.
• Customer support: Your email may be used to respond to support requests.

Legal bases: Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing, maintaining, and improving TRTH. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Message Data Handling

Because TRTH analyzes personal communications, we employ strict data handling practices:

• Temporary Processing: Messages and screenshots are processed in memory to generate the analysis.
• No Training Data: We do NOT use your personal messages to train our AI models.
• Your History: Analysis results are saved to your history within the App so you can access them later. You can delete individual history items or clear your entire history at any time.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the App:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Used exclusively to process the text/images you submit and generate the analysis. They do not retain this data for their own use or model training.
• Apple App Store and Google Play Billing: Used to securely process subscriptions and payments on iOS and Android, respectively.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: Used for secure cloud infrastructure, authentication, and database hosting.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscription entitlements across your devices.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or message data to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With the service providers listed above, solely to operate the App
• To comply with a valid legal request or court order
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest on secure cloud servers
• Strict access controls to database infrastructure
• Regular security reviews

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your analysis history
• Opt out of optional communications
• Modify your profile information at any time

Depending on where you live, applicable laws—including the California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR/UK GDPR), and other state or national privacy laws—may also give you rights to know, correct, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, appeal a decision, or lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

TRTH is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and associated data.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

• On iOS, subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple ID and the Apple App Store
• On Android, subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing
• Payment information is handled by Apple or Google, as applicable; we do not collect or store full payment-card details
• Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by the applicable App Store or Google Play terms and policies
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings

11. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Analysis results: Stored in your history while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion.
• Message content: Not retained after analysis processing.
• People Profiles: Stored locally on your device only. Deleted when you remove them or uninstall the App.

12. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

13. Apple and Google Platform Disclosures

TRTH is independently developed and published by Nimble Technologies LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices. Information processed by Apple or Google is also subject to their respective privacy policies:

Use of these marks does not imply endorsement or sponsorship.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
